Ellie is a vital member of our team, she manages all administrative duties ensuring ABEL runs smoothly. Ellie deals with our clients from point of referral until cases are closed. She guides employers through the referral process which is completed through our online system Apollo. Ellie will update our system which allows employers to remain informed.
Ellie is the first point of contact in ABEL for both employers and employees. Employees feel at ease when speaking to Ellie as she has a calming and empathetic approach when dealing with employees who have concerns or questions about the referral and reporting process.
Ellie is an extremely important and valued member of our team.

Zak is also an important and valued part of ABEL’s Administration Team. He is available to support clients and employees through any enquiry they may have. He has an empathetic approach to the management of sensitive calls, and he is able to reassure individuals about the assessment and reporting process.
Zak can support clients through the referral process to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
