Driver medicals area available through ABEL OHR. Drivers – must be tested regularly to ensure they are healthy and safe to drive. We have an Occupational Health Physician who can assess and provide D4 medicals to companies who have drivers inclusive of HGV and bus drivers.

All employees who are employed to drive but do not necessarily require a D4 licence should still be checked as their role is safety critical.
It is good practice to have your drivers tested regularly, even if their licence is not due to expire. With regular medicals, employers can feel safe knowing their employees have continued good health. An individuals physical and mental health can decline within a short space of time.
